In our main Menu, we can not forget the incredible dishes and delicacies we have presented for many years and whose search never ceases; Açôrdas, Countryside chicken rice cooked in its own blood, Veal savouries, Greens beans fried in batter, cheese…What changes are the Chef’s suggestions according to the season’s products and not only!  

Restaurant

Hailed as one of Lisbon’s leading restaurants, Pap’Açôrda was founded in 1981, in the heart of Bairro Alto, nerve centre of the city’s nightlife. In 2016, hot on the heels of Lisbon’s shifting dynamic, we accepted the invitation of Time Out Lisboa and moved to the first floor of the Ribeira Market.

Chef

The Chef was born in Trás-os-Montes (region in the north of Portugal). Her hands, care and temperament are the ones that give a homey but simultaneously sophisticated feel to every dish that is part of the restaurant’s menu; inspired in the flavours and knowledge of traditional Portuguese cuisine. With a clinical eye for produce and all that is fresh, the Chef alternates the menu according to the season’s products.
